AAA+++ Highly recommend. Luke was amazing from the get go He asked the right questions to know exactly what I wanted and found the exact right property for me Making a point of keeping in contact through the whole process and keeping me in the loop. He went above and beyond and I cannot recommend him highly enough finding me a property to purchase even before it hit the market. If you are looking to buy or sell you could not go wrong picking Luke as your agent. Even now after settlement he is checking in making sure all is as good as it can be. Having bought and sold many times in the past I have to say this has been one of the best experiences so far. You won’t regret using Luke or first national as your agent.

Luke is a great representative of the FNQ market. Luke went out of his way to assist me with purchasing an investment property. Being an out of town investor he sent through numerous property details to look at, chatted often on the phone explaining the areas with me. The original property I was after sold & he was able to point me in another direction & this one paid off. I was only in town a couple days & he honestly moved mountains to find me a good fit. I am now the proud owner of my first investment property & I can't thank Luke & his team enough as they are also assisting me with renting the property out.

One year ago,after 3 months house hunting we still couldn't find a right place to rent, my partner went to their office to see if any chance they could help us, not for long we got a call from them and organised an inspection for us 🥹 the place was not perfect but good enough for us at that stage. Also whenever we report maintenance issues they will organise someone to come to check straight away. Never waited too long. Our experience with First national was wonderful.

Great stress free experience . Shane is extremely knowledgeable with the current Real Estate market. His professionalism and excellent communication ensured the best possible outcome for us in securing a contract on our property.
